Coming to Ohio: 9/11 Conspiracy Theorists

COLUMBUS (TDB) -- Two leading proponents of theories the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center were pinned on terrorists to cover up more sinister activities are scheduled to visit Ohio later this month. Their theories are controversial because they suggest dark forces within the U.S. government played a role in slaughtering nearly 3,000 in New York on that bright September morning.

Information about the appearances is available here.

One of the theorists, Kevin Barrett, has drawn the ire of some political leaders in Wisconsin for expressing his views, which do not conform to official versions of what happened in 2001.

The other, James H. Fetzer, for years has been suspicious of official accounts of President John F. Kennedy's 1963 assassination in Dallas. Fetzer also contends that the death of Minnesota U.S. Sen. Paul Wellstone in a plane crash while campaigning for reelection was staged to remove a politically progressive Democrat from the scene.

Should be interesting.
