Ohio Investigation Titillates Britain: Those Boobs At ODOT

CINCINNATI (TDB) -- Ohio is being laughed at in Britain where there's been interest about an investigation into the Ohio Department of Transportation and some of its hiring practices and internal e-mails. Amazingly, it has nothing to do with contractor bidding, the tensile strength of asphalt or how speed limits are set on highways. It's more like slow down, curves ahead.
