CINCINNATI (TDB) -- Bill Callahan painstakingly hacks through the legal thicket of a 21st Century mortgage foreclosure case. He shows how the money flowed, and how at the end it leaves blight that can dampen or destroy growth in a city or state's future.
Callahan's work is excellent. It may be the best piece of the year by an Ohio blogger. It explains and exposes how assets are acquired, lost, transferred and managed.
