Xavier University Lowers The Boom: Old Cincinnati Factory Blown Up During NCAA Tourney

CINCINNATI (TDB) -- Xavier University is making noise on and off the basketball court as this video clip shows. An old factory was brought down by explosives today. It was razed to clear space for a campus expansion.
