That's how it looks on this chart, which shows deaths from circulatory system diseases in metro Cleveland are higher than 49 other U.S. communities -- only Pittsburgh has more. The heart attack rate helps makes Cleveland No. 2 in stress behind top-ranked Detroit. Meanwhile, Cincinnati is the nation's 13th most stressful place. Its heart attack rate is lower. But the murder rate in Cincy is worse than Cleveland -- way worse. Cleveland has 16.6 murders per 100,000 residents in the city; Cincinnati has 28.8.
Virginia Beach/Norfolk is rated the nation's least stressful metro area.
