Athens, Ohio May Sell Beer During Halloween: Profiting From State's Biggest Outdoor Cocktail Party

CINCINNATI (TDB) -- City officials in Athens are considering opening a beer tent for the Halloween fest, which has become a raucus event in the Southeast Ohio college town. Apparently, they want to cash in on the demand for suds, a demand that has given Ohio University in Athens a repuation as the state's preeminent party school.
